The Dark Side of White

Life is not always about white and black, but sometime white and dark.

Take KFC, for example. I was delighted to find the fast foot giant intrenched not only in Japan, but all throughout Asia; most notably in China, where the Colonel reigns supreme on practically every block.

Getting your hands on more than a random piece of dark meat can be a challenge, though.

In the US, dark meat can be ordered separately by name, whereas in Japan, at least, the very word "dark"--as it refers to the menu items--does not exist, leaving you stranded and alone, particularly if white meat is not your thing neither in, nor outside of the lunch box.
